Once your return is approved, we’ll issue you a gift card, giving you the flexibility to use it for any future purchase at SowmyzCouture. Damaged or Defective Products


If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or broken , please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. 


Incorrect or Misleading Products


If the product you receive does not match the description on our website or if you receive the wrong item entirely, please get in touch with us within 3 days. 


Sale Items


Please note that sale items are final sale and are non-returnable. We encourage you to double-check the product details before purchasing sale items.


Gift Vouchers


Gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Removed Tags


Products with the tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure the tags are intact if you wish to return

  3. For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be unused and unwashed to qualify for returns or exchanges. Please note that laundry items are not eligible for return or exchange."
  4. Please ensure that the product tags remain intact with the dress. If the tags are removed, we will not be able to process your return

  8. The products are of good quality, but they don't quite align with your personal preferences in terms of taste and color
  9. At Sowmy's Couture, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and ensuring that every piece reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that an item is damaged during transit—such as a stone or flower coming off - we take full responsibility for repairing the damage and restoring the product to its original state.

In such instances, Sowmy's Couture will cover both return and re-shipping charges internally, ensuring the item is delivered back to you in pristine condition, just as it was intended.


Product Disclaimer

  1. Due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography, actual product colors may vary slightly from images displayed on our website or social media.
  2. While we strive to maintain consistency in embroidery patterns and lace designs across production lots, minor variations may occur. These differences can result from lot-to-lot changes, unavailability of identical fabrics, or design updates by fabric manufacturers. We ensure that such variations do not compromise the quality or elegance of our products.
  3. The product images displayed are taken after proper ironing and styling to showcase the best look. However, due to packaging constraints, the product you receive may have minor wrinkles or folds.
    For the best appearance, we recommend mild ironing and proper arrangement after unpacking. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our designer for guidance—we're happy to help you style it to perfection!

Process to Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us at customercare@sowmyzcouture.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    Your order number.
    o    The product(s) you wish to return.
    o    Image(s) of the broken, defective, or damaged item(s)
  2. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the return, exchange, or resolution of the issue with in 3 working days. Please do not send the item back before receiving email approval, as any item returned without prior approval will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  3. After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets the return criteria.If the product passes the quality check, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card, which has no expiry. The gift card can be used to purchase any item from our store.
